Don't be fooled by the generic signage and simple exterior, this little restaurant is a hidden gem. This is a great place to go for a bite after touring the Whaling museum or shopping at one of the seafood shops on the waterfront.
This place serves great Portuguese food that is prepared simply and served up with a smile. The restaurant is small, about a ten small tables arranged around a corner bar and an open kitchen that takes up one wall. The kitchen features a rotisserie that is laden with succulent splayed chickens, and two busy cooks that crank out delicious food for the restaurant and a steady stream of take-out customers.
