Infamous city of New Rome

Now that is interesting. I recently moved to an apartment just north of New Rome on Hilliard Rome Road. I had no idea New Rome was such a famous place for its speeding violations.

They were dissolved by a court last year after a long battle. They were not only known for speed but ANY traffic violations they could make up. They would sit and run LEADS reports on any care that stopped at their red light, ticket for missing license plate bolts, dim license plates light, etc.
