On Saturday 30th March 2024 at 09:04 UTC, Lacy YO6CFB, a radio amateur from Romania, made contact with Peter SP8X/P, a radio amateur from Poland, who was operating from Poleski Protected Landscape Area (SPFF- 0860), on the 40m amateur radio band. Peter made a total of 102 contacts while at the reserve.
