On the Bravo show Real Housewives of Miami, Adriana de Moura is shown to be living here. The odd thing is that Steffi Graf sold this home to Miami based radiologist Germaine Rodriguez in October 2010. The corporation filings for de Moura's art gallery have 81 N. Hibiscus as the mailing address.

According to southflorida.blockshopper.com Germaine Rodriguez owns 3 different condos in addition to this house. If I had to guess, I would say that it's an investment property for Dr. Rodriguez, and Ms. de Moura is a renter.
