My goodness that's a tight fit, the dock it's in. Has to be tugs that get it in and out. No way a ship that size could manuver in/out of that spot by itself.
I just noticed there's an other one in the covered building dock. You can just see its bow sticking out.

There might very well be another ship in the hall, but it's bow wouldn't be sticking out... This picture shows how they came out, because they couldn't fit the bow or upper decks inside the building:
