The second home measures in a mind numbing 60,000 square feet. It is also said to be owned by Dr. Ulysses Watkins as well. The home has a reported 20 bedrooms and a 13-car garage.

The larger home was sold by Ulysses' Family Care Medical Clinic to Leviathan Enterprises Group in 2006 which sold to Tred Holdings in 2007 which later sold to Builldog Funding in 2010. The 2010 transaction seems to be a foreclosure.
