On Wednesday 17th August 2022, Bracco E77DX/P a radio amateur from Bosnia and Hezegovina reached the summit of Babina Greda and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 30 contacts in total working on the 20 metre HF amateur radio band.
The summit of Babina Greda is 1860 metres (6102 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
