Not sure what this boat is from. Perhaps a pirate prop?

Possibly from when they updated Pirates of the Carribbean to match the movies and include Johnny Depp?

This appears to be the remains of the former "SS. Hispaniola", which formerly resided on the beach of Discovery Island, circa 1996. She was a shipwreck "prop" that was used in the very early years of Walt Disney World development, here in Florida.

Actually, I believe the boat in question is the one that was and again is now in front of the American Adventure in Epcot's lagoon. It was damaged by Hurrican Charlie and removed for a number of years, until repaired and returned to it's place out behind the concert stage at the American Adventure. The remains of the SS. Hispaniola, are still over by 'Discovery Island' gradually decaying and being covered by vegatation.
