On Monday 25th September 2023, Enrico IZ3GOS/P, a radio amateur from Italy, reached the summit of Cima della Vezzana and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 16 contacts in total working on the 20m amateur radio band.
The summit of Cima della Vezzana is 3192 metres (10472 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
