On Thursday 10th August 2023, Leszek CT7/SQ9MDF/P & Wioletta CT7/SQ9NOT/P, a couple of radio amateurs from Poland, reached the summit of Corredor de Mouros and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
They made 56 contacts in total working on the 2m, 20m, 17m and 15m amateur radio bands.
The summit of Corredor de Mouros is 1301 metres (4268 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
