On Saturday 2nd July 2022 Daniel OE2DHH/P a radio amateur from Austria reached the summit of Draugstein and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 4 contacts in total working on the 2metre VHF amateur radio band.
The summit of Draugstein is 2358 metres (7736 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
