On Thursday 11th August 2022, Manuel HB9DQM/P and Christian HB9GIN/P two radio amateurs from Switzerland reached the summit of Flüela Wisshorn and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 71 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
