This large ad promotes the NHL's 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada.

HNIC began as a weekly radio broadcast of hockey games in 1931. The program made it's TV debut in 1952.

The Stanley Cup was won by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2009.
