Jamie Carragher (January 28, 1978) is a retired defender who played his whole career (17 years) with Liverpool FC. "Carra" was born in Bootle, Merseyside where he grew up supporting bitter rival, Everton. Jamie became a rock at the back for Liverpool, starting first as a full-back before being moved to centre-back by Rafa Benitez in 2004. Carra is second in games played for Liverpool. He appeared in 737 matches, putting him behind legend Ian Callaghan. Carra won and won often, he earned two FA Cups, three League Cups, two Community Shields, one Champions League trophy, one UEFA Cup and two Super Cups with the Reds.
