On Sunday 13th November 2022, Darek SO6K, a radio amateur from Poland reached the summit of Jelení loučky and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 11 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF amateur radio band.
The summit of Jelení loučky is 1205 metres (3953 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
