On Saturday 22nd April 2023, Bruno OK/HB9CBR/P, a radio amateur from Switzerland reached the summit of Jelenská hora and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 38 contacts in total working on the 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m and 12m amateur radio bands.
The summit of Jelenská hora is 1068 metres (3504 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
