The "Mole Hole" was the alert facility where air crews lived next to their bombers for up to a week at a time. The building adjoins the alert apron where the bombers were stationed. Tunnels and tubes provided speedy egress from the building and access to the aircraft.

I worked there with Gary Sandera back in 1971/72 . We were responsible for vehicle maintenance. We had to go there in the middle of the night to put snow chains on 20 vehicles. Great food served and nice pool tables.
