On Saturday 16th July 2022 Marc AA1F a radio amateur from Natick, MA reached the summit of Mount Tecumseh and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 20 contacts in total working on the 20 metre HF amateur radio band.
The summit of Mount Tecumseh is 1220 metres (4003 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
