On Saturday 20th August 2022, Aleksandar YU1CA/P a radio amateur from Serbia reached the summit of Orlov kamen and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 24 contacts in total working on the 20 metre HF radio band.
The summit of Orlov kamen is 1740 metres (5709 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
