On Tuesday 26th July 2022 Jean AE1JS a radio amateur from Young Harris, GA reached the summit of Poteau Mountain Wilderness HP and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
Jean made 7 contacts in total working on the 40 metre HF amateur radio band.
