Songdo International City, also known as New Songdo City, is a completely planned city in Incheon Free Economic Zone, South Korea and the most expensive private real estate development in world history costing over $40 billion, aimed at creating the world's most livable and futuristic city and the leading global business hub in Northeast Asia.
