On Sunday 13th August 2023, Christian HB9GIN/P, a radio amateur from Switzerland, reached the summit of Sulzfluh and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 25 contacts in total working on the 2m amateur radio band.
