On Saturday 13th May 2023, Colm EI9KY/P, a radio amateur from Waterford, Ireland reached the summit of Temple Hill and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made a total of 28 contacts on the 40m and 20m amateur radio bands.
The summit of Temple Hill is 783 metres (2569 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
