The Hollywood Cafe

The Hollywood Cafe (StreetView)
Before the neon lights of the casinos put Tunica on the map, another famous landmark drew people from near and far. The Hollywood Cafe has been a fixture in Tunica since 1969. John Grisham was a regular long before he became a famous author, and he mentioned The Hollywood Cafe several times in his best-seller "A Time to Kill". Marc Cohn immortalized The Hollywood Cafe in his award winning song "Walking in Memphis". The Hollywood Cafe is featured prominently in Cohn's music video by the same title.

While Tunica now has an array of fine dining choices, The Hollywood Cafe has remained on the "must do" must of visitors from all over the world. Politicians, celebrities, executives, sports stars dine next to local guests and tourists alike.

Located in a quaint 1926 commissary, guests can expect the same warm southern hospitality that has been its legend for so long. The casual, relaxed atmosphere makes everyone feel at home. The Hollywood Cafe is southern dining at its best!
