For moderator: sorry but I don't know how to get the URL from BING maps, that's where I got the image but the coordinates are from Google Earth.

For future reference, here is how you get a Bing URL:

Click "Share" (envelope icon) and copy the (shortened) URL & paste it into your browser's address bar. Verify that the scene is what you want to submit. Copy the expanded URL & paste it into URL field on the Submit Map form.
