Beinn Dorain

Beinn Dorain (Gaelic: Beinn Dòbhrain) is a mountain in the council area of Argyll and Bute. Beinn Dorain reaches an elevation of 1,076 m (3,530 ft).

Duncan Ban MacIntyre, one of the most renowned of Scottish Gaelic poets wrote a poem entitled Moladh Beinn Dòbhrainn" ("In Praise of Ben Doran") using the mountain as inspiration.

The look of the mountain is striking, it looks like a pyramid.
