Was built in 1962 for McGraw-Hill, and was used until 1991 when Birksenstock took over until 2007 when it moved its operations to Kentucky. Birkenstock has announced they will once again use the building starting in 2013.
It was designed by John Savage Bolles Associates, he also designed the IBM campus in San Jose.
