The Dinosaur Discovery Museum used to be the US Post Office and was located several blocks away from its current location. It was moved in 1933 when a new post office was built. It is currently located at 5608 Tenth Ave.

This building was the Kenosha Public Museum from 1933-2001. It reopened as the Dinosaur Discovery Museum in 2006 after the new Public Museum opened near the lakefront.

It also features the Carthage Institute of Paleontology. Visitors can watch paleontologists at work through a glass wall.

I've seen old photos (drawings?) of the building being moved from it's old location in 1933.
