This building was the Kenosha Public Museum from 1933-2001. It reopened as the Dinosaur Discovery Museum in 2006 after the new Public Museum opened near the lakefront.

It also features the Carthage Institute of Paleontology. Visitors can watch paleontologists at work through a glass wall.

I've seen old photos (drawings?) of the building being moved from it's old location in 1933.
