The Casa Molina Restaurant has been open since 1947, and the slightly larger than life-size bull and matador statue by the parking lot has been there almost as long. The bull is known as El Toro, the Brave Black Bull.

A recent tip on roadsideamerica.com points out that the bull's genitals are painted like the American flag, which is visible in this StreetView scene.
