The Gonzalez-Alvarez House, also known as The Oldest House, is a historic home in St. Augustine, Florida. On April 15, 1970, it was designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark.

The "Oldest House" title is contended by a historic house in Santa Fe, New Mexico and arguably also by Acoma Pueblo.
