An island off Singapore with an airstrip, that looks well maintained. A few buildings but no planes anywhere in sight. Possibly military?

This island is Pulau Sudong, which apparently is home to the the government's malaria research center. (Haven't been able to cross-verify that yet.) This might explain the airstrip...
