Three labs from the bottom clockwise:

Solar Radiation Research Lab
Solar Industrial Mesa Test Area (not sure about this one)
High Flux Solar Furnace

Also three other facilities just to the south going west to east:

Alternative Fuels User Facility
Thermal Test Facility
Outdoor Test Facility

The main lab is further to the east along the road and has been previously posted.

The visitor center is far to the east at the beginning of the road.

The test track above the labs is the Colorado State Law Enforcement High Speed Pursuit track.
