One of the most popular meeting places in town today, the present monument took on a new look during the 1920s with the addition of four other Bohemian saints: Ludmilla, Procopius, Adalbert and Agnes. It has long been the focal point for demonstrations and is often festooned with flags and banners and used as a speakers' forum.
