The skyscraper, currently under construction and being developed by Vornado Realty Trust, once completed, will have 70 floors and 116 units. It will be the 10th tallest building in NYC.

On 23 JAN 2019, it was revealed that hedge fund billionaire Kenneth C. Griffin purchased the 24,000 unfinished penthouse for a recordbreaking $238M, making it the most expensive home ever sold in the United States and the second most expensive in the world.

Other reported buyers include hedge fund manager Daniel Och and musician Sting.
