No wonder it didn't come up in my searches for it!

Highest peak of the Changbai Mountains. It's a very popular destination for South Koreans and the Chinese... and the very few North Koreans who are granted permission to travel there. Granted permission? They have to be granted permission to go to the mountain? Yes, and North Koreans have to be given permission to travel anywhere within there very own country. Hmmm, something's not right there. What a shame because Paektu is a beautiful place to visit!
