On Friday 8th July 2022 Arthur HB9CEV/P a radio amateur from Switzerland reached the summit of Allalinhorn and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 32 contacts in total working on the 40 metre HF amateur radio band.
