On Saturday 12th August 2023, Carine HB9FZC/P & René HB9NBG/P, two radio amateurs from Switzerland, reached the summit of Joderhorn and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 36 contacts in total working on the 40m and 20m amateur radio bands.
