Located in the White Clay Creek Preserve, the stone monument, erected in 1892, represents the Point where the 12-mile Circle intersects the "Top of The Wedge Line" (an eastern extension of the North Line of the Mason Dixon Line). The boundary demarcates the boundary between Delaware and Pennsylvania.
