This is the Berliner Philharmonie Chamber Musik Hall built by Edgar Wisniewski in 1987. It is part of the Berliner Philharmonie complex and stands right next to the Berliner Philharmonie Concert Hall which was built by Hans Scharoun. Wisniewski was a former student and partner of Scharoun.
