On Sunday 21st August 2022, Christian HB9GIN/P and Beni HB9HNT/P two radio amateurs from Switzerland reached the summit of Chli Windgällen and activated this summit on the radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 45 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40 and 20 metre amateur radio bands.
