On Sunday 31st July 2022 Matthew F/OE6FEG/P a radio amateur from Austria reached the summit of Haut de Felzach and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 11 contacts in total working on the 30 metre HF amateur radio band.
The summit of Haut de Felzach is 1161 metres (3809 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
