On Monday 11th September 2023, Frank S5/F4JYM/P, a radio amateur from France, reached the summit of Prisojnik (Prisank) and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 19 contacts in total working on the 70cm, 2m, 40m and 20m amateur radio bands.
The summit of Prisojnik (Prisank) is 2547 metres (8356 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
