What's that on the runway now? At first it looked like a dragstrip. A closer zoom shows it to be two parallel constructions. Rails? Maglev? Railgun? It does "launch" out over the water>

Look carefully at the ends of the long white paths. They look like bundles of separate long thin objects. Could these be pipes from this company?

Bingo. It is pipe. The tour on the above site includes discussions of making extraordinarily long pipes and includes a small photo.
