It's said this shrine contain bones of the Biblical Three Kings or Wise Men, Capar, Melchior and Balthasar who saw the Star of Bethlehem and was was lead to Maria and Joseph with Baby Jesus.

Each year on January on January 6. a small door is opened on the shrine to show the skulls of the Three Kings
