All homes in St. Andrews Country Club are located on premium sites, most of which are on the golf course, water or both. Started in 1982, St. Andrews consists of more than 800 acres with approximately 739 single family homes ranging in size from 2,500 to 15,000 square feet on lot sizes of 1/3- to ?-acre. The club requires that every resident purchase a full golf equity membership at the current fee of $125,000. Home prices range from $750,000 to more than $16,000,000.
