Irvin E. Richter's House

This is the home of Irvin E. Richter.

Richter was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Old Hill from 1985 until June 28, 2006, and he was its Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors since he founded Old Hill in 1976. On June 28, 2006, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Richter's company, Hill International Inc. is currently overseeing the construction and development of The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Richter purchased this 11,145 sq/ft home in the exclusive St. Andrew's Country Club in October of 2008 for $6m
