The Sweet Green Tavern - pub interior of special historic interest (StreetView)
The Sweet Green Tavern on Crook Street in the town of Bolton has been rated by Camera as a pub with a 1 star pub interior of special national historic interest.

The Sweet Green Tavern is a brick building on the corner of Crook Street and Soho Street. It would have been typical of many local pubs in the cotton towns of south Lancashire and would once have been surrounded by terrace houses.

The six rooms of the interior retains a number of 1950's features including fixed seating. Earlier features include 2 large cast-iron Victorian fireplaces.

The pub has been used in a number of films and TV series including the film Cricket.
