Tour Odéon is a commercial and residential skyscraper in Monaco. It is the first skyscraper built in the principality since the 1980s. It is the second tallest skyscraper on Europe's Mediterranean coast, after Benidorm, Spain's Gran Hotel Bali.

The building's Sky Penthouse is over 35,500 square feet, spread over the building's top 5 floors and has been listed for sale for $400M USD. It offers 360 degree views , a rooftop infinity pool with a waterslide that drops from the upstairs dance floor into the pool level. It will come with a private chauffer, caterer, three staff bedrooms, and 24-hr concierge services. Parking spaces are not included in the price of the penthouse, which are available at an additional $330,000 per space.
