Undeclared Missile Operating Base in North Korea

North Korea has built a secret missile operating base near its border with China that is probably intended to house long-range ballistic missiles. Analysis of satellite imagery shows that the Hoejung-ni Missile Operating Base has two underground facilities. Construction on the base started almost 20 years ago, suggesting considerable planning and construction.
